Personality laid back and easy going but loves a good challenge and fight
History:Kitaro was born into the time of the greatest raikage before him Debin. Debin was such a great leader that all his people never once questioned his actions and always were expanding thanks to him. Debin died of old age and as is customary the raikage rank is passed on to the ninja who could master the raikage secret jutsu. 2 warriors mastered this jutsu Rono and Kino and to decide who would take over as Raikage they dueled to the death and both used the raikage's secret jutsu. When used the 2 neares survivors learn it and so 2 people learned the jutsu dueled and killed eachother and 2 more and 2 more and 2 more then after 15 years anarchy and battle and civil war the end was in sight 2 of Debins loyal guards from his days that were both in there 30's at this point learned this jutsu Kitaro and Kimaru neither wanted to just give up the position of Raikage so like everyone before them they dueled for the position of Raikage but these 2 knew that they had to be the ones to break the streak of constant battle and civil war so they agreed to duel with every jutsu they knew exept for the Raikage's secret jutsu. both were skilled warriors and both were determined but after 2 days of intense battle Kitaro killed Kimaru and took over as reining Raikage and is to this current day
